At Beadzi, every bracelet is handmade with love and carefully checked before it's packed and sent to you. We want you to be happy with your order.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at tanya.work456@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

As each piece is handmade to order, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns. Please check product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of your shipping confirmation, please get in touch and we'll look into it for you.
